Italian Style Grilled Chicken

4 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast OR 4 oz. of boneless, skinless chicken tenderloin
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c. Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste*
1 c. cooked couscous

Combine olive oil, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper in a leak-proof bag. Add chicken and toss until evenly coated. Grill chicken until done, about 8-10 minutes. Serve over cooked couscous. Makes 1 serving.

306 calories, 2.3g fat, 37.4g carbs, 33g protein

*I use No-Salt Salt
